Job DescriptionInternal Sales Executive - Are you an ambitious, results-driven sales professional ready to shape the growth of a leading European online retailer?Our client is expanding their Outbound Sales Department and looking for a Internal Sales Executive to take ownership of our outbound pipeline, drive revenue, and mentor junior talent. Internal Sales Executive Drive Growth: Proactively develop new revenue opportunities through structured outbound campaigns, high-level engagement, and disciplined CRM management. Lead & Mentor: Act as a senior contributor, helping to elevate team standards, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to leadership meetings.

Collaborate: Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless onboarding, targeted campaigns, and high client retention. Impact Strategy: Provide actionable sales insights to senior leadership and drive KPI performance across prospecting, proposals, and conversions. What You Bring - STAMP 4 VISA 2-4 years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience with a track record of exceeding targets.

Excellent spoken and written English, coupled with strong commercial awareness. Recent success at Leaving Cert. or primary degree level. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly master CRM and ERP packages.
