Role 2 ) Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer with Insurance ( Mandatory )
Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to identify, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements across enterprise projects. The role involves acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, testable, and implementable requirements while supporting successful project delivery and ongoing application enhancements.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Requirements Engineering & Business Analysis
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, and management activities.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and maintain:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Specifications
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Process Flows and Diagrams
- Gap Analysis and Impact Assessments
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and testers to ensure requirement clarity and completeness.
- Define and document system interfaces, workflows, and solution components.
- Support test preparation by defining expected functional outcomes and testable requirements.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Act as a liaison between business, technical, and delivery teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, reviews, and validation sessions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across complex enterprise environments.
- Support project implementation, change management, and production deployment activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and planning sessions.
Analysis, Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Perform impact analysis and support solution design activities.
- Investigate application issues and coordinate resolution activities.
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, business rules, and control tables as required.
- Ensure quality, completeness, and consistency of requirements and associated documentation.
- Contribute to ongoing process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
Insurance Domain
- Experience in Life Insurance domain.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policy administration systems, and contract administration processes.
- Understanding of insurance business processes and market trends.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analysis, Insurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, or a related role.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirement lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.
