About the Role

Marktini Media is looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organised Brand Strategist who can manage multiple brands from ideation to execution.

You will be responsible for developing platform-specific content strategies, creating content calendars, managing end-to-end content production, coordinating with creative teams and vendors, and ensuring that every piece of content supports the brand's objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how brands can grow through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn and can confidently turn ideas into engaging, result-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Develop monthly content strategies tailored to each brand's audience, positioning, and business objectives.

• Content Planning and Posting: Create and manage content calendars across social media platforms and ensure timely posting.

• Research and Ideation:Research competitors, industry trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour to generate relevant content ideas.

• Content Development: Write engaging scripts, captions, campaign concepts, content pillars, and detailed creative briefs.

• Shoot Planning and Execution: Plan, organise, and manage end-to-end content shoots for multiple brands.

• Team and Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with photographers, videographers, editors, designers, models, makeup artists, stylists, influencers, freelancers, and external vendors.

• Post-Production Management: Supervise editing and post-production while maintaining quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery.

• Client Coordination: Understand client requirements, present ideas, gather feedback, and ensure revisions are implemented correctly.

• Performance Analysis: Track reach, engagement, watch time, follower growth, and other relevant metrics to optimise future content strategies.

• Project Management: Manage multiple brands, production schedules, deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in content strategy, social media, digital marketing, or a related role

• Agency experience is preferred

• Excellent communication, copywriting, storytelling, and presentation skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms

• Experience planning and executing professional content shoots

• Ability to develop content strategies and actively oversee their execution

• Strong project management, coordination, and multitasking skills

• Ability to manage internal creative teams, clients, freelancers, and external vendors

• Understanding of social media analytics and content performance metrics

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working from the office, Monday to Saturday
