Role Overview:
The Incumbent will support the development, quality, and delivery of learning content across BITS Pilani, Digital Learning Division's programmes. This role will also manage assigned content workstreams, supports quality reviews and instructional design, maintains content repositories, and ensures LMS readiness.
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Content Coordination: Coordinate assigned content workstreams from planning through learner release, tracking development, reviews, approvals, and delivery timelines against the plan.
- Content Quality Checks: Run first-level quality checks on content, assessments, and multimedia using established standards and checklists, flagging errors, inconsistencies, and gaps for resolution.
- Production Support: Assist in preparing course structures, storyboards, assessments, activities, and learner resources, and follow up with faculty, SMEs, and vendors for timely inputs.
- Delivery and LMS Readiness: Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and actions to closure; upload and verify approved content on the LMS to confirm it is complete and correctly presented.
- Repository Upkeep: Maintain content repositories with correct metadata, version control, and archival, and carry out post-launch updates and evergreening as assigned.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply reusable templates and workflows, test AI tools and learning technologies as directed, and share learner feedback and content insights to support improvement.
Skill and Ability Requirements
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Working knowledge of instructional design and digital learning content.
- Ability to independently manage assigned workstreams.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of LMS platforms and content repositories.
- Ability to identify content gaps, risks, and dependencies.
- Familiarity with AI tools, learning technologies, and digital content workflows.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to drive closure.

Required Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in content operations, instructional design, digital learning, program coordination, or online program delivery.
- Experience supporting the development of online courses or digital learning products.
- Experience with content repositories, and LMS-based delivery.
- Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation, or learning technology research would be an advantage.
- A Computer Science or Engineering background would be preferred for technology-led initiatives.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
