Overview

In this Marketing role, you will own the UKI Consumables category and lead end-to-end go-to-market planning to drive growth for CO2, Flavors and Bottles. You will work closely with Brand, Commercial and DX teams to shape local activation plans and ensure cohesive execution across channels. The role sits inside a lean, cross-functional structure and offers exposure to brand, ecommerce, media and advocacy, with scope to influence regional practices.

You’ll use insights to identify engagement and penetration opportunities and help translate local market needs into global innovation. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity to shape the consumables agenda in a fast-moving consumer goods環境.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day management and performance of the UKI Consumables categories (CO2, Flavors and Bottles)
  • Support development of local category growth plans with Brand, Commercial and DX teams
  • Monitor category performance and market trends to identify growth actions
  • Collaborate with Analytics & Insights to improve customer engagement, retention and penetration
  • Lead local go-to-market planning and execution for consumables launches and initiatives
  • Develop and manage local campaign plans aligned with UKI priorities
  • Brief and manage agencies and cross-functional teams for campaigns
  • Coordinate localisation and market adaptation of communications across UKI
  • Lead seasonal or category-specific campaigns with support from the Brand Lead
  • Review local creative and marketing materials across consumables initiatives
  • Partner with Commercial, DX, Growth, Advocacy and Ecommerce for alignment
  • Support integration of consumables priorities across ecommerce and lifecycle initiatives
  • Collaborate with Media to ensure appropriate activation plans
  • Connect brand activity with broader customer and commercial objectives
  • Support tracking, reporting and post-campaign analysis across initiatives
  • Contribute to broader UKI marketing planning and business priorities
  • Work with DX teams to integrate priorities across retailer activations and shopper campaigns
Key requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in brand, marketing or category roles within UKI market
  • Experience in global blue-chip businesses or high-growth startups in FMCG, SDA or Beverage
  • Native-level English; Nordic or Dutch language skills advantageous
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong commercial mindset linking marketing to performance
  • Cross-functional collaboration across marketing, ecommerce, commercial or agencies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience briefing agencies and supporting campaign development
