Role Overview
The Brand Manager role presents a fantastic opportunity to work on a category leading soft drink brand. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work in tandem in the development and execution of the annual brand plan. Support the Marketing Manager to successfully execute annual operational plans across the brand portfolio and champion our brands to develop best-in-class campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting in the delivery of the annual brand plan, including ATL, BTL and innovation.
- Monitoring campaign results and effectiveness against agreed objectives and identifying key opportunities for future growth.
- Coordinating activity for key brand sponsorships; supporting trade/PR press and influencer activity.
- Executing large- scale sampling plans for the brands to the agreed objectives, deadlines, and budget.
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team, commercial, technical, field sales, category, insight & shopper marketing to develop and implement effective marketing plans across all channels.
- Building strong collaborative relationships with key external stakeholders, including creative, media, experiential, and packaging agencies.
- Leading specific NPD projects: preparing business cases and managing these through the stage-and-gate process, from launch to post-launch review.
- Assisting budget management by raising purchase orders and updating budget control files.
- Leading the social media strategy and compiling reports on performance while working collaboratively with the digital agency.
- Monitoring brand performance using data analysis tools and proposing recommendations based on discoveries.

- Marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.

- The ability to create open and collaborative partnerships with external agencies and internal teams.

- Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail and high standards of execution.
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s in Marketing or related discipline.
