You will be working with young learners in an early intervention setting, alongside a collaborative clinical team that meets regularly to review cases, share insight, and maintain high clinical standards. Typical responsibilities include: Designing and overseeing individualized behaviour intervention plans Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians Reviewing treatment data and adjusting programs based on progress Conducting assessments including VB-MAPP and other clinical tools Providing parent training and collaborating with families Supporting RBTs working toward BCBA certification The work is center-based and collaborative, with consistent schedules and strong clinical oversight.
