BCBA Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes Review session notes and clinical reports Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality Qualifications Master’s degree required Active BCBA certification LBA required Experience working with children on the autism spectrum Work Location In-home, school, and community settings with flexible schedules.
