Role Description This is a full-time BIM Architect role based in the Jaipur, India. The BIM Architect will develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for architectural and engineering projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining BIM workflows, creating detailed 3D models and construction documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and coordination issues. The role also involves integrating sustainable and smart design principles, supporting clash detection and model reviews, and preparing visualizations or simulations for client presentations. The BIM Architect will contribute to process improvement, template development, and the adoption of AI-driven and emerging digital construction technologies within the studio.

Qualifications Strong BIM and modeling skills, with experience in authoring and managing 3D models and coordinated project documentation. Solid architectural and design capabilities, including space planning, technical detailing, and design development for building projects. Familiarity with digital coordination workflows, clash detection processes, and multidisciplinary model integration.

Understanding of sustainable and smart design principles, building performance considerations, and efficient design strategies. Comfort with visualization tools and methods, including 3D presentations, renderings, and immersive or interactive design reviews. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail. Experience in the AEC industry and interest in AI-driven design, digital construction, and continuous learning are highly beneficial.
