Job Description
Duration: Month Contract Job Description Prepare and deploy Windows laptops using Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD) standards, including Autopilot enrollment and configuration profiles. Unbox, assemble, and set up laptops, docks, and peripherals at user workstations or staging areas. Safely back up and transfer user data, profiles, and settings from legacy devices to new laptops using approved tools and processes. Record and update asset information in inventory systems, including device assignment, status, and lifecycle tracking. Provide onsite or remote support during deployment, including user orientation, login assistance, and basic troubleshooting. Retire legacy devices by performing secure data wipes, updating asset records, and preparing hardware for disposal or redeployment. Verify devices meet security, patching, and compliance requirements (encryption, policies, updates) before and after deployment. Other related activities and deliverables as required. Required Qualifications & Skills University degree or a college diploma in information technology A minimum of one () year of recent work experience in an information technology service desk, operational environment Must be fluent in French A minimum of three () years of demonstrated customer service experience A minimum of three () years of demonstrated experience with Microsoft .
