Support IT Coordinator and Project Manager

I am currently partnering with a large North American manufacturing organization to recruit an IT Manager who will play a key role in aligning technology initiatives with business needs across multiple production sites. Mission Reporting to management, you will be responsible for driving IT projects efficiency by ensuring strong alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.

Your responsibilities will include: Analyzing business needs and translating them into effective IT solutions Designing, proposing, and modeling optimized technology solutions Ensuring alignment between business requirements and implemented solutions throughout project lifecycles Coordinating external IT service providers responsible for technical support Occasionally contributing hands-on to technical initiatives when required Supporting IT operations across multiple manufacturing plants in Québec and Ontario Contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes and operational efficiency Your profile +8 years of experience DEC in IT Support Proven experience in IT management or IT project coordination Strong ability to understand and analyze business needs Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment (strong asset) Experience coordinating external IT vendors and partners Ability to balance strategic vision with technical understanding Strong autonomy, organizational skills, and communication abilities Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders (operations, leadership, vendors) Working Conditions Full-time, permanent position Stable and growing manufacturing environment Multi-site operational scope Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Primarily on-site role with some flexibility depending on projects
