MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights/Journeys Consultant

Must have 10+ years of IT experience. The role is heavily focused on designing meaningful customer journeys, campaign automation, and integration strategy rather than just CRM administration. • S t rong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (mandatory) • Expertise in customer journey design, campaign orchestration & marketing automation • Experience with consent/subscription management and customer engagement workflows • Ability to integrate D365 Customer Insights with CRM, analytics, and enterprise systems • Strong techno-functional background working as D365 Consultant / BA / Product Manager / Marketing Consultant • Experience advising stakeholders on tool selection, implementation strategy & best practices • Financial Services / Investment Management domain experience preferred
