Bilingual IT Service Desk Analyst

Join US Tech Solutions as a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst on a month contract. Engage users through deployment support and customer care while using Microsoft Managed Desktop standards. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and deploying Windows laptops, providing user orientation, and ensuring smooth data migration.

You must possess a minimum of one year in an IT service desk environment, demonstrate customer service excellence, and be fluent in French.
