Bid Manager
Boden Group
Job Description
I’m working with a leading facilities management business that is looking to appoint an experienced Bid Manager to join its growing work winning team.
This is a hands-on Bid Manager role, working across sizeable TFM opportunities and taking ownership of bids from opportunity through to submission.
The role
You’ll manage the end-to-end bid process, working closely with sales, solutions, commercial and operational teams to develop compelling and commercially strong submissions.
The business has a strong pipeline of opportunities, so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex TFM bids rather than smaller, straightforward tenders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage bids from qualification through to submission
- Own the bid plan, programme and governance
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across the business
- Work closely with BDMs, Solutions and Commercial teams
- Develop bid strategies and win themes
- Manage bid writers and wider bid resources where required
- Challenge and improve content to ensure a strong client proposition
- Manage timelines, reviews and approvals
- Support presentations, client meetings and clarification stages
- Ensure submissions are accurate, compelling and commercially aligned
About you
We’re looking for an experienced Bid Manager with strong FM / TFM experience who can take ownership and get stuck into the detail.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Proven experience managing complex FM or TFM bids
- Strong end-to-end bid management experience
- Experience working on sizeable outsourcing opportunities
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- A hands-on approach rather than someone who wants to purely oversee the process
What's on offer
This is a great opportunity to join an established FM business with a strong work winning function and a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
