The CSS Program (Children’s Safety & Survival Program) is a holistic life-skills, behavioural development, and psychological well-being initiative dedicated to empowering children, adolescents, parents, educators, and support communities through practical, interactive, and emotionally impactful training programs.

The program focuses on building emotional intelligence, resilience, self-awareness, communication skills, empathy, safety awareness, mental well-being, social responsibility, and positive behavioural development through experiential learning methodologies such as storytelling, role-plays, gamification, group discussions, simulations, and real-life scenario-based learning. The CSS Program aims to strengthen the psychological, emotional, and social foundations of individuals right from the grassroots level while fostering safer, healthier, and more resilient communities. Driven by a vision of empowerment, prevention, awareness, and transformation, the CSS Program works closely with schools, parents, educators, and institutions to create meaningful and lasting impact in society.

ABOUT THE JOB: Position : Behavioural Development Lead Reporting To: Program Director Location: Mumbai, India Employment Type: Full-Time Annual Salary for Year 1: Rs. 3 Lakhs (in Hand) ie : Rs. 25,000 per month. ABOUT THE ROLE (SUMMARY): The Behavioural Development Lead will be responsible for delivering psychological life-skills education, behavioural observation, emotional well-being support, and socio-developmental programs for students at a select exclusive school (Grade 1-10). The role combines psychological training, student engagement, behavioural analysis, lesson planning, and collaborative program execution within school environments.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should possess: Master’s Degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Educational Psychology ) OR Master’s Degree in Human Development IMPORTANT SKILLS: Strong understanding of psychology and human behaviour Excellent communication, facilitation, and public speaking potential. Strong classroom management and assertive training potential.

Strong analytical, observational, and critical thinking skills Ability to build trust and rapport with students Creative approach toward lesson planning and training delivery Professionalism, empathy, adaptability, and emotional maturity Passion for mental health awareness and societal well-being Knowledge of CANVA will be an added advantage WHY JOIN US?
