Investment Analyst

We’re hiring – Investment Analyst We are looking to add an Analyst to our investment team at Convergent Finance. This role offers end-to-end exposure to the private equity lifecycle, with the opportunity to work closely with senior team members on transactions and portfolio companies. What you’ll work on: Evaluating investment opportunities and supporting due diligence Building financial models and preparing investment materials Engaging with company management and industry participants Supporting deal execution alongside advisors and stakeholders Tracking portfolio performance and driving ongoing analysis Conduct industry research and market analysis Who we’re looking for: 0–2 years of experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Background in engineering / CA preferred Location: One BKC, Mumbai If this sounds like a fit, please share your CV at [email protected]
