Job Description

Join ComPsych as a licensed Behavioral Health Clinician in our Employee Assistance Program. Deliver essential in-person counseling services to employees and their families, meeting their mental health needs. This independent role focuses on providing short-term, solution-oriented EAP counseling.

You'll help clients face personal, professional, and life challenges through in-person sessions, primarily in your community. Key responsibilities include assessments, clinical evaluations, and documentation that adheres to standards. Key Responsibilities: • Provide solution-focused EAP counseling to employees • Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations • Support clients with workplace stress and relationship issues • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records • Ensure continuity of care through collaboration Requirements: • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field • Minimum of 3 years post-master’s clinical experience • Highest-level professional accreditation required • Active professional liability insurance coverage Utilize your clinical skills to support employee well-being in the ComPsych EAP Network. #J-18808-Ljbffr
