Bar Manager

The Kingsley are now hiring for a Bar Manager

• Leading with outstanding Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• In depth knowledge of drinks ie. Spirits, Beers, Wine, Cocktails, Liqueurs
• Lots of innovation to bring the bar to the next level with new ideas
• Ability to meet the Beverage GP & Payroll %
• Management of staff training, appraisals, recognition, career journey, rewards
• High standard of grooming and presentation
• RSA full knowledge (responsible service of alcohol)
• Events organising, pre-drinks events, cocktail making parties, wedding events
• Social Media activity for Fishers bar externally and internal active social media bar presence with videos and posts
• Attendance at external and internal hotel events & meetings
• Excellent People Management skills working on the strengths of the team and developing them
• Customer focused complaint handling
• 2 Years experience in a Bar Management role
