Role Overview We’re looking for a Backend Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in building scalable systems for our AI-powered conversational platform. You’ll work on high-impact features, design robust APIs, and ensure performance, security, and scalability across our backend services. What You’ll Do Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs Design and implement business logic using Python & FastAPI Work with databases like MySQL Manage services using Docker and messaging systems like Kafka Collaborate closely with frontend developers and product teams Optimize performance, security, and system efficiency Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices
