The Crossroads Center is seeking a collaborative and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our dynamic residential team, ensuring high-quality patient care for clients in our residential units. We rely on our Behavioral Health Technicians to provide direct care, supervision, and support to our clients during a critical time in their lives.

What We Offer Competitive Pay – This role pays $19.57 per hour to start, plus a $0.50 shift differential for hours worked between the hours of 11:30 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Medical Assistant (MA) certification and/or Associate’s Degree is preferred. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Tuberculosis Skin Test and Influenza (Flu) vaccination within the past year; Ability to work a 12-hour shift.

Ability to frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 15 lbs. Key Job Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene. Plan and lead individual and group therapeutic recreation activities.

Obtain and document vital signs and patient information. Monitor patient activities and behaviors, promptly reporting any changes to the assigned medical staff. Provide crisis intervention and employ supportive communication techniques.
