Role 1: Business Operations Analyst – Group Benefits (1–2 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy administration, enrollments, and servicing
• Claims processing and validation
• Data entry, reconciliation, and MIS reporting
• Customer/partner query resolution
• Compliance adherence and process improvement

✅ Skills Required:

• Insurance/BFSI operations experience
• Basic insurance knowledge (Group Benefits preferred)
• MS Excel proficiency
• Strong attention to detail & communication

Role 2: AML/KYC Analyst (3+ Years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform KYC/CDD/EDD reviews and periodic checks
• Customer verification, SoF/SoW validation
• Screening for sanctions & adverse media
• Identify red flags and risk indicators
• Maintain audit trails and documentation
• Ensure compliance with AML regulations and SLAs

✅ Skills Required:

• 3+ years in AML/KYC/Financial Crime operations
• Knowledge of AML regulations & compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Experience in banking/BFSI domain
