Associate - Sales & Business Development

Carnelian is hiring for Associates - Sales & Business Development in New Delhi. We are looking for bright and talented professionals who have graduated with their Bachelor's degree in 2026, in B.Com, B.Com (Hons), BBA or BMS.

Candidate Essentials:

• Strong communication skills of written and spoken English. Expertise in 1 additional local language would be an advantage
• Must be market savvy and having a good grip of equities, stock market, macro.
• Should have a keen inclination towards sales and relationship management
• Strong academic track record. Any additional CFA Levels, NISM certification on PMS/AIF/MF is a plus

Workplace essentials:

• Location will be Delhi with office located at Spacetime Management - Design House, LGF Cabin, Opposite Savitra Cinema Complex, Basement Floor, Greater Kailash 2, New Delhi – 110048
• This is a Sales & BD role, hence local travel to client and partner locations to conduct business meetings etc will be a must.
• 5 days’ work from office / client locations – No Hybrid
