Assistant Store Manager

Role Description Nature’s Emporium is seeking an Assistant Store Manager, Replenishment to join our Burlington leadership team.

Key Responsibilities Lead daily replenishment operations including receiving, stocking, inventory movement, shelf maintenance, and merchandising execution Train, coach, and support team members on operational standards, productivity expectations, and replenishment procedures Manage workflow priorities and labour deployment to support efficient store operations Monitor inventory accuracy, stock organization, and operational execution standards Coordinate price changes, promotional setup, merchandising transitions, and operational projects Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall workflow management Maintain organized, safe, and efficient receiving and backroom areas Partner with store leadership to support operational goals and store readiness Reinforce company standards related to safety, cleanliness, and operational consistency Support Manager on Duty responsibilities as required Qualifications 3+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably within grocery or high-volume retail Strong operational background in replenishment, inventory, merchandising, or receiving Experience training and developing retail teams Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Experience with retail inventory systems and scheduling tools considered an asset Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and early mornings Extended Health & Dental Benefits along with a 20% store discount.
