Assistant Property Manager

Job Summary

Here at Professionals Armadale Real Estate we are currently looking for an assistant property manager to join our dynamic team with the view to becoming a full time property manager within12 - 18 months. The job requires no experience with training provided andMUST have the following criteria:

Qualifications

• Current WA drivers licence
• Hold current property management registration
• Local knowledge of the City of Armadale and surrounds

Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be required to carry out routine inspections, conduct rental viewings, carry out property condition reports, run tenancy checks and assist the property management team.

Team Environment

We are looking for a team member with a high level of enthusiasm, well presented and willingness to advocate company policies and procedures plus work well in a large team environment.
