Job Summary: We are looking for a result-oriented and mature professional for the role of Assistant Manager Operations. The candidate will be responsible for leading the operations team, driving data-backed decisions, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless operational execution across regions. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage the field operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. ● Drive a data-driven approach to operational planning, monitoring, and reporting. ● Prepare, analyze, and present reports using MS Excel and other tools. ● Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively to ensure operational alignment. ● Handle escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolution of critical issues. ● Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements. ● Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. ● Support cross-functional coordination for business continuity and growth ● Travel across India as required to oversee and streamline operations.

Eligibility Criteria: ● 5-10 years of total work experience. ● At least 3 years of experience in a Team Leader (TL) or supervisory role. ● Strong hands-on experience in MS Excel and operational reporting. ● Experience in handling operations teams and managing escalations.
