The Opportunity We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical AR Analyst to join our Revenue Services team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in optimizing our Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely collections, accurate billing, and strong cash flow in our high-volume freight brokerage operations. You’ll help drive financial health while supporting our mission of transparency and efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full AR lifecycle, including invoicing freight shipments, applying payments, and reconciling customer accounts. • Monitor and analyze AR aging reports, identify past-due accounts, and proactively follow up with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. • Investigate and resolve billing issues, short pays, and disputes in a fast-paced logistics environment (freight rates, accessorials, and load-specific adjustments). • Assist with credit reviews, debt analysis, and month-end close activities as needed.

What We’re Looking For • 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or supply chain. • Strong understanding of freight billing concepts (loads, rates, accessorials, etc.) is a big plus. • Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (experience with transportation-specific software is highly desirable). • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets and reporting tools. • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset What Else?
