Overview Associate - IT Recruitment Services @ Vaco | Agile Tech Recruiter | Helping to build Top notch Technical teams. Vaco is looking for a Functional Analyst (Bilingual FR/EN) with expertise in modern technologies such as Rest microservices, APIs, Kafka, and more, with a specific focus on integrating various data sources. Responsibilities Within an agile project environment, draft detailed functional analyses and specifications, validate them with business partners, present them to the development team, and ensure proper implementation.

Act as the communication bridge between the Product Owner and business partners. Perform functional testing, support acceptance testing, and contribute to test automation. Analyze data, contribute to documentation, participate in end-to-end testing, and propose improvements and fixes to enhance data quality while ensuring compliance with security and confidentiality standards.

Stay up to date with evolving technologies, demonstrate curiosity and innovation, and propose new solution ideas. Requirements University degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Proven experience in functional, technical, and application analysis.

Strong understanding of data flow architecture. Experience with data integrations using API and event-driven patterns (Kafka, ETL), batch processes, and MFT/SFTP. Knowledge of AWS environment: Snowflake, DBT, S3.

Familiarity with REST testing tools (e.g., Bruno, ThunderClient, ReadyAPI). Experience in quality assurance: test strategy, documentation (JIRA Xray), test validation (JSON), and automated test definition. Experience in an analytics environment is an asset.
