What you'll do

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the technology and startup ecosystems.
• Analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions for both internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance our programs and services.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of ongoing projects, providing regular updates and insights to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts to support investment decisions and resource allocation.
• Engage with startups and entrepreneurs to gather feedback and insights that can be used to refine our offerings and improve client satisfaction.
• Participate in networking events, workshops, and conferences to represent Plugandplaytechcenter and expand our reach within the startup community.
• Utilize various analytical tools and software to streamline data collection and analysis processes.
• Support the creation of marketing materials and content that highlight our initiatives and success stories.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our analytical capabilities.
• Foster a culture of innovation by sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues to explore new approaches to problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analysis or research role, preferably within the technology or startup sectors.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python, with a strong understanding of statistical methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a startup environment or with venture capital firms.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Previous experience in project management or coordination.
• Fluency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus.
