We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our high performing QLD Logistics & Industrial team. This is a great opportunity for a property-focused individual who is looking for a career in a market-leading professional real estate services firm. In this busy role, you will provide analytical and administrative support to the team, which works closely with internal and external clients.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain all data input for the QLD Industrial team
• Create and maintain all property listings
• Assist with collating marketing material
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing reports
• Overall responsibility of top-quality pitch documents
• Source, collect and collate sales evidence and prepare detailed Sales Analyses
• Create relationships with key stakeholders within the industry

What we’re looking for

• Strong interest in the commercial property industry, with goals of becoming a sales and leasing agent
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous property experience will be highly regarded
• Willingness to learn with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Well-presented and well-spoken with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Superior communication, time management and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Property, Economics, Finance or related field (preferred but not required)
