Analyst II - Investor Relations

About the role

The Analyst II – Investor Relations supports the preparation of recurring investor deliverables, the organization of IR data and documentation, and the execution of operational routines across the investor base. The position is execution-focused, working from established processes and templates under the guidance of senior team members. Success in this role depends on strong attention to detail, reliability in meeting deadlines, and the ability to deliver institutional-quality support to investors.

Responsibilities

Investor reporting

• Prepare drafts and updates for recurring investor reporting (quarterly, semiannual, annual), including investor letters, factsheets, and performance materials
• Gather and consolidate inputs from the investments, finance, operations, and legal teams
• Log investor information requests, prepare draft responses, and track them to closure

Valuation governance support

• Assist in maintaining file organization and version control of the Valuation Book and its supporting materials
• Compile valuation materials and inputs for internal governance cadences
• Check consistency between valuation outputs and investor reporting

Investor operations and fundraising support

• Prepare communications and support the execution of operational events such as capital calls and distributions
• Assemble materials for due-diligence requests and keep data room content organized, accurate, and up to date
• Support the production of fundraising and investor-facing materials, including presentations and pitch decks

Process automation and scalability

• Build and maintain models and scripts that strengthen data integrity across recurring activities and deliverables
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and make existing processes more scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced Excel and VBA; proficiency in Python and SQL is a strong advantage
