Position Details Position Title: Analyst – Government Advisory Number of Position: 02 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Reporting To: Senior Consultant Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 0-3 Years Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree such as BA in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Development Studies, Rural Development, or Social Work; BBA/BBM in Management; B.Com; B.Sc. in Statistics, Data Analytics, Environmental Studies, or Sustainability; BE/B.Tech; LLB; or other related disciplines may apply for this position. Master’s Degree (Preferred/Advantageous) : Candidates with a Master’s degree such as MA in Public Administration, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, Governance & Development, or International Development; MSc in Environment & Sustainability, Statistics, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or Development Practice; Master’s in Public Health (MPH); MBA in Rural Management, CSR, Sustainability, Public Policy, Infrastructure Management, or Operations; LLM; or other related disciplines will be preferred for this position. Relevant Work Experience Candidates with prior internship or work experience in government departments, consulting firms, development sector organisations, NGOs, CSR initiatives, research institutions, multilateral agencies, or public policy and public sector governance projects will be preferred.

Preference will also be given to candidates with exposure to policy research, programme implementation, stakeholder coordination, monitoring & evaluation, data analysis, impact assessment, field research, project management, or government advisory assignments. Familiarity with public sector processes, government schemes, and development ecosystem projects will be an added advantage. Role Overview The Analyst - Government Advisory will support policy research, project implementation, programme management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic advisory assignments for Government Departments and Public Institutions.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured communication, documentation abilities, and willingness to work in dynamic public sector environments. The selected candidate will contribute to governance reforms, implementation support, monitoring frameworks, policy studies, institutional strengthening, and development sector initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities Programme Implementation Support Public Sector Advisory Support Policy Research & Sectoral Analysis Research on Emerging Development Trends Policy Note & Report Preparation Project Monitoring & Tracking Bid Process Management Stakeholder Coordination Meeting & Consultation Support Government Scheme Assessment Data Collection & Field Research Data Analysis & Interpretation Documentation & Knowledge Management Proposal Development Support Change Management Process Reengineering Coordination with Field Teams Compliance & Process Support Communication & Follow-up Support in Capacity Building Initiatives Cross-functional Collaboration Field Visit Participation Client Relationship Support Additional Project Responsibilities Skills Research & Policy Analysis Skills: Strong ability to conduct structured research, analyse government schemes, policy documents, and sectoral trends, and prepare insight-driven reports for public sector projects.

Report Writing & Documentation: Ability to prepare clear, concise, and professional reports, presentations, policy notes, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate professionally with Government officials, partner institutions, and stakeholders. Data Analysis & Project Monitoring: Ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data for reporting, project tracking, dashboards, monitoring frameworks, and implementation reviews.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates familiar with surveys, dashboards, MIS systems, stakeholder consultations, field coordination, or analytics assignments will be preferred. Time Management & Execution: Ability to manage multiple assignments, adhere to timelines, and maintain quality in dynamic and fast-paced project environments. Competencies Problem Solving - Ability to identify implementation challenges and contribute practical, structured, and solution-oriented approaches.

Attention to Detail - Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, documentation quality, and process adherence. Candidates with internship, research, fellowship, or work experience in Government Departments, consulting firms, NGOs, CSR initiatives, research institutions, or public policy and governance projects will be preferred. Preference will also be given to candidates with exposure to programme implementation, stakeholder coordination, monitoring & evaluation, policy research, field engagement, livelihood or social sector projects, and willingness to travel for project-related assignments. Travel & Mobility Requirements Willingness to travel within Rajasthan and other locations, as required for project assignments.

Ability to undertake field visits, stakeholder consultations, district-level reviews, and implementation assessments. Flexibility to work in dynamic and fast-paced public sector environments. Candidates should be comfortable with short-duration and periodic travel based on project needs.
