Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Conway Medical Centre and Church Street Surgery are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our clinical team as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner for two busy GP Surgeries in Leeds. You would be working supporting our team of GPs carrying out acute care, managing minor ailments and acute conditions, and demonstrating excellent communication skills and good IT literacy. You should be proficient in the use of System One and may be required to conduct home visits as needed.

Responsibilities Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute presentations. Referral to other members of the primary and secondary health care team. Qualifications NMC Registration & Pin V100/V300 prescribing qualification Proof of immunizations Up to date CV #J-18808-Ljbffr
