Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, counseling them on program offerings, and addressing inquiries effectively. The role involves building strong relationships with potential students, providing seamless customer support, conducting follow-ups, and assisting with enrollment procedures.

The candidate will also work closely with the education and sales teams to achieve admissions targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills required to engage effectively with prospective students and team members
• Customer Service skills to address inquiries, provide support, and build rapport with prospective students
• Sales capability to promote the institute's programs and guide students toward enrollment
• Familiarity or experience in the Education sector is beneficial
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; educational or counseling background is an added advantage
