Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $58-62.00 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations supporting SME Network Group’s IT and technical service business, including computer and mobile repair services, POS system projects, and network and cybersecurity service scheduling.
- Manage administrative workflows related to service intake, job ticket processing, client communication, appointment scheduling, and service completion documentation to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Develop, implement, and maintain administrative procedures and internal control systems to support efficient coordination between technical teams, sales staff, and clients.
- Supervise administrative support staff responsible for handling customer inquiries, service coordination, scheduling, and documentation, ensuring high-quality and timely service support.
- Monitor and manage administrative budgets and operational expenses, including service coordination costs, office operations, equipment procurement, and vendor-related expenditures.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative and operational support staff in alignment with business growth and service demands.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service partners to support procurement, equipment supply, and operational requirements related to IT service delivery.
- Support the use and optimization of internal systems such as CRM platforms, service ticketing systems, scheduling tools, and inventory tracking systems to improve administrative efficiency.
- Prepare administrative and operational reports for senior management, including service performance summaries, staffing updates, and operational cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies, service standards, and operational procedures across all administrative and support functions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in administrative coordination, service workflow management, and cross-department communication.
Qualifications
- College diploma in Business Administration or a related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business administration, office management, or a related supervisory role.
- Experience in the IT or technology service industry is considered a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of administrative, financial, and operational management principles.
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve organizational performance.
- Strong initiative with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of management and external stakeholders.
