We are looking for an Administrative Financial Assistant to join our Finance Department, providing operational support to the Business Units while working closely with the Financial Control, Accounting and Business teams.



What will you do on a daily basis?

As an Administrative Financial Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic and highly operational environment, playing a key role in the company's billing and collections processes. You will work in direct contact with clients and project managers, actively collaborating with different internal areas and contributing to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.


Your main responsibilities will be:


Billing

  • Managing the client billing process: issuing invoices and credit notes, resolving incidents, validating timesheets, following up on purchase orders and carrying out any other tasks required to ensure accurate billing of services.
  • Maintaining direct contact with project managers and clients regarding billing-related matters.
  • Keeping records organised and ensuring the accurate and timely update of data in the company's systems.


Collections

  • Recording incoming payments and updating the company's collections status in internal systems.
  • Contacting clients regarding outstanding invoices and supporting payment collection activities.
  • Following up with clients and internal teams to help resolve outstanding issues and pending payments.
  • Escalating more complex situations to the relevant manager when necessary.


Requirements:

  • Secondary education or higher qualification in Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience; junior profiles are welcome.
  • Genuine interest in finance and administrative functions.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented and responsible profile.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Intermediate level of English.
