Compensation & Contract
Hourly: $22.00 - $25.00
Duration: 3 months, high chance of extension
Location
Downtown Office, 100% On‑Site
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM

A day in the life
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for employees, visitors, and executive guests
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and general reception duties
- Coordinate front desk activities and maintain a professional reception area
- Assist with office administration and support requests as needed
- Utilize internal systems, including ticketing platforms, to manage day‑to‑day office requests
- Build positive working relationships with leadership and contribute to an exceptional office experience
You bring
- Previous reception, front desk, or customer‑facing administrative experience
- Professional, polished, and confident communication skills
- A naturally friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Strong ability to build rapport with visitors, employees, and senior leaders
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate workplace technology
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine interest in a long‑term reception‑focused career path
