We’re looking for a vibrant Admin Assistant to support the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and Sales teams at a bustling office located in Madrid. Required Skills

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities in Spanish and English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience in the life sciences industry
  • Previous support experience with sales or medical teams
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or similar systems

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably related to life sciences or business
  • Life sciences background is a definite plus

Other Requirements

  • Immediate availability or within 1-2 weeks to start
  • Must be comfortable working in Madrid local office (onsite)
  • Able to commit to a 6‑month initial contract, 40 hours/week
