We’re looking for a vibrant Admin Assistant to support the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and Sales teams at a bustling office located in Madrid. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and keep the team well‑organized. Required Skills
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication abilities in Spanish and English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in the life sciences industry
- Previous support experience with sales or medical teams
- Knowledge of CRM tools or similar systems
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably related to life sciences or business
- Life sciences background is a definite plus
Other Requirements
- Immediate availability or within 1-2 weeks to start
- Must be comfortable working in Madrid local office (onsite)
- Able to commit to a 6‑month initial contract, 40 hours/week
