Accounts Receivable - Accounts Payable Manager

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, collections, customer billing, and cash application.
• Manage multi-currency transactions and foreign exchange impacts.
• Perform and review bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with Treasury and Finance teams to support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Monitor aging reports and drive collection efforts to improve DSO.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and compliance with company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support audits and provide documentation for internal and external auditors.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and key vendors.
• Prepare management reporting and KPI dashboards.

You’ll Need To Have

• Chartered Accountant with strong technical accounting expertise and Oracle systems experience.
• Leadership and team development
• Multi-currency accounting
• Experience of working in a Finance department.
• Accounts payable management
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Process improvement and automation
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Fluent Spanish and proficient English, operating effectively in global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience managing financial systems, controls, payments and Peruvian tax obligations.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder influence, delivering under pressure.
