Minus One , a fast-growing menswear D2C brand under Gimatex Industries Pvt Ltd , is looking for a sharp Accounts Executive & Data Analyst to join our team in Narol, Ahmedabad. We are scaling fast, and we need someone who can handle high-volume data with 100% precision. Location: Narol, Ahmedabad (On-site) Schedule: Monday to Saturday Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Dropout The Role: This isn't just basic bookkeeping.

You will be the financial backbone of our digital sales, ensuring every rupee from Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra is accounted for. What You’ll Do: Marketplace Reconciliation: Lead the end-to-end reconciliation for Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. ERP Management: Work within Vision ERP to manage sales registers and accounts.

Data Analytics: Build and run functional dashboards to track sales, returns, and profitability. Dispute Management: Identify payment leakages, excessive fee deductions, or missing returns and raise disputes. High-Volume Accuracy: Maintain a high-frequency sales register with extreme attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2–3 years in handling high-volume sales registers (E-commerce experience is a must). Tech Stack: Expert-level Google Sheets/Excel and experience with Vision ERP . Dashboard Skills: If you know how to turn raw data into a functional, automated dashboard, you are the one.
