Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Associate (Internship) role based in Bengaluru.

The Accounts Associate intern will support day-to-day accounting activities using Tally, including recording transactions, managing ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable.
The role involves helping prepare basic financial statements and reports, supporting GST and tax-related entries, and ensuring accurate documentation and filing of accounting records. The intern will collaborate with senior team members to reconcile accounts, assist in data verification for audits, and maintain compliance with internal accounting standards. The position offers exposure to professional accounting practices and mentorship in a consulting environment.


Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Analytical skills and account management abilities to handle transaction processing, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting entries, preparing summaries, and interacting with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software and a foundational understanding of accounting principles.
• Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Basic knowledge of GST, income tax, and statutory compliance is an advantage.
