Hartford Aviation is a civil aircraft engine leasing company based in Hartford, CT. We have been in business since 1985 and specialize in niche markets such as Pratt and Whitney legacy engines.
We are seeking to hire a Contract Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team at our downtown Hartford, CT location.
All applicants must have a college degree, be motivated, quick learners, and reliable. Proficiency with MS Office is required; experience in aircraft engine leasing is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Accounting
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Disc accounting
- GAAP accounting
- Corporate tax
- Office administration
Qualifications:
- Must have own car
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office
- Ability to multi-task
