Job Description Finance Analyst\nMonday to Friday 9am-5pm\nOffice Based\nInterim Role - 6 months\n£35,000 - £40,000\nSouth Leicester\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSupport the finance team during a finance system implementation and transition period\nAssist with month-end processes including journals, accruals and prepayments\nReview and reconcile financial data during system and process changes\nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies across ledgers and cost centres\nSupport balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of management accounts\nMaintain finance trackers and reporting schedules using Excel\nWork with finance and operational teams to resolve data and reporting queries\nProvide ad-hoc financial analysis and support on finance projects\nRequirements:\n\nPrevious experience in an analytical finance role\nExperience supporting finance teams through system or process changes desirable\nStrong Excel / spreadsheet skills\nGood understanding of reconciliations and month-end processes\nHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skills\nThis is a great interim opportunity for approx 6 months to support a busy finance team during a key transition period
