Job Title: Accountant – Hospitality & Travel

CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Greater Noida. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger postings for hospitality and travel-related transactions. The role involves preparing financial statements and reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and monitoring cash flows associated with bookings, packages, and vendor payments.
The Accountant will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, support internal and external audits, and maintain accurate documentation for all financial activities. Collaboration with operations and management teams will be essential to provide financial insights that support pricing decisions, negotiations with partners, and overall business performance.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and finance skills, including proficiency in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial reporting
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management in a service or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of applicable tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP or travel industry systems is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance and operations teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are a plus
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or destination management services is preferred but not mandatory
