Gourmet Library LLP operates Lumo N Nox, the restobar at Radisson Blu Kochi. We're hiring a full-time Accountant to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting of the outlet.

Location: Radisson Blu Kochi, Kadavanthra, Ernakulam

Qualification: B.Com graduate

\n

About the role

\n

As our Accountant, you'll own the daily books of the outlet — recording sales, purchases and stock movements, reconciling with the hotel's finance team, and keeping our records clean and audit-ready. It's a hands-on role with good exposure across the full finance cycle of a busy F&B operation.

What you'll do

\n

\n
• Record daily sales, purchases and inventory movements accurately
\n
• Reconcile daily cash, card and UPI collections against sales reports
\n
• Maintain purchase, stock and vendor records, and track store transfers and inwards
\n
• Assist with monthly reconciliations and the outlet's financial reporting
\n
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory workings and filings
\n
• Maintain proper documentation and support internal and statutory audits
\n
• Coordinate with the hotel's finance team and our external agencies as needed
\n

What we're looking for

\n

\n
• B.Com graduate (freshers with strong fundamentals may apply; prior experience in accounts, hospitality or retail is a plus)
\n
• Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software
\n
• Comfort with Excel and good attention to detail
\n
• Understanding of basic GST and TDS concepts
\n
• An organised, honest and reliable approach to handling financial records
\n
• Basic proficiency in English and Malayalam
\n
