Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting across multiple company books, supervise bookkeeping, and prepare financial statements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger postings and day-to-General bookkeeping responsibilities: general ledger postings and accounting duties
- Handle full-cycle accounting for a multiple number companies
- Supervise bookkeeping duties
- Prepare financial statements
- Prepare and process invoices
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Draft cheques and remittances
- Process bank deposits and other errands as necessary
- Process sales tax payments
- Support general day-to-day administrative duties
Qualifications:
- College or University Education in Business or Accounting
- 5-10 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Burlington, Ontario (in-office)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary Range (Based on relevant Experience):
$50,000 to $95,000 per year.
