You will be working for our client, a health-tech company that is building a dental workforce management platform focused on solving staffing shortages in the dental industry. They connect dental practices with qualified professionals to fill open roles quickly, while giving professionals more flexibility in their work.

In your day-to-day, you will
- Own full-cycle accounting, including monthly closing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Help build and implement finance processes and controls as the team's first finance hire
- Manage accounts receivable follow-ups, reaching out to clients by email to resolve outstanding balances
- Support with day-to-day finance operations as the company scales
Skills you have
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- US GAAP experience, particularly running the monthly close process
Skills that will make you stand out
- SQL knowledge
- Prior experience in an inventory-based or industry-specific accounting environment
