Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented male Accounts professionals to join our Accounts & Finance team. Candidates should have strong practical knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits and day-to-day financial operations.

The role will be based at our Turbhe location and candidates should be comfortable working in a factory/industrial setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain and manage accounts in Tally.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, vouchers and reconciliations.
• Handle GST compliance, returns and related documentation.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and returns.
• Assist with internal and statutory audits and provide required documentation.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors and internal departments as required.
• Work closely with the factory/operations team for accounting and documentation requirements.

Required Skills

• 3–4+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word.
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Practical experience in handling audits.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different teams.
• Candidate should be comfortable working in a factory/industrial environment.

Preferred / Added Advantage

Experience with listed-company compliances, SEBI-related requirements, stock exchange compliances or corporate reporting will be considered a strong advantage.
