Overview of the role The Junior Financial Controller will be responsible for supporting the finance team in monitoring and analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. This role involves assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while learning about financial control processes under the guidance of senior finance professionals. Key responsibilities - Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Supporting budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Helping maintain financial controls and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Participating in month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Supporting financial data analysis and the preparation of management presentations. Requirements - Finance Experience: 1+ year of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Accounting Knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Tools: Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems.
• Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
