Account Manager Team Lead Spanish Market

At Factorial, we're looking for a Team Lead to join our Spanish Customer Experience team and help us elevate the company.

This role reports directly to the Head of Account Management for Spain and involves collaborating with other Area Managers to ensure the highest satisfaction levels for our Spanish customers at every touchpoint.

We seek someone eager to contribute innovative ideas that impact the business's future by mastering upselling, retention, satisfaction, and activation plans for our existing clients.

Are you ready for the challenge?

• Lead and guide a team of 6-8 Account Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, self-improvement, well-being, teamwork, and respect, while achieving high performance and targets.
• Monitor team performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to drive growth.
• Collaborate with your Area and Talent teams to develop recruitment and retention strategies.
• Design and execute innovative strategies to maximize customer retention, upselling, and revenue.
• Motivate your team with feedback and hands-on leadership.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance product development, customer experience, and sales strategies.
• Be a Spanish expert and fluent in English. We are international!
• Proven experience managing customer-oriented contributors with a track record in upselling and retention. Experience in Sales and Customer Satisfaction is valued!
• Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS and a passion for technology.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to use data insights.
• You aim to simplify processes for customers and colleagues.
• Prepared to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
